Now I'm Here 04:16
When I was a little boy I was told to look around myself But now, as of late I tend to look inside myself It was three years ago When I crossed paths with somebody I had never met Well, he had blue eyes It's blurry now; I'm starting to forget Clocks are going backwards I am going forwards And now I am here I have no fear that comes to mind And now That I'm here I can turn my back and disappear for now As the dust thickens up I find it hard to breathe and difficult to see It's only natural The others watch me from the other side And as for you You're in the same place that you were before Excuse my manners But I don't think I can take it anymore Clocks are going backwards I am falling forwards And now I am here I have no fear that comes to mind And now That I'm here I can turn my back and disappear for now

Who will tell the rocks and trees they’re doomed to bake? Swallowing the drops of rain that soon evaporate Tell those who yearn, there’s nowhere to turn Living their lives in a landscape of burns Top down, turn around Hit the EB, love the sound Flash the highs, turn up surround Won’t stop putting my foot down Revolution, pop the clutch, oh Stick shift down to spinning turbo Revving matching like a pro Practicing my heel and toe Who will tell the people that their town's at stake? Who will tell the fishes there'll be pits instead of lakes? Who will tell the busboy there's no trees to climb? The city's created a landscape of burns Rims are chromey diamond forts Nitro through the direct ports Calipers are bright cred red Gotta hit that quarter ten When the blow valve activates And my push rods actuate My drive shaft is under stress Carbon fibre won’t transgress Where will they go when everything is gone? Who will take the blame when everything is wrong? No escape, but everyone yearns To run for their lives from the landscape of burns Top down, turn around Hit the EB, love the sound Flash the highs, turn up surround Won’t stop putting my foot down Revolution, pop the clutch, oh Stick shift down to spinning turbo Revving matching like a pro Practicing my heel and toe Rims are chromey diamond forts Nitro through the direct ports Calipers are bright cred red Gotta hit that quarter ten When the blow valve activates And my push rods actuate My drive shaft is under stress Carbon fibre won’t transfress

Walkin' down Fourth St. Feeling quite elusive Nodding my head to that Radio music I don't know what you're trying to do But I think I wanna do it too I've got that dictionary blues I've got that dictionary blues Hear the edgy singers at the Loma Loca The post-art rock and the Alternative polka I can't breathe inside a crowded elevator It's burning up in here like an incinerator I've got that dictionary blues I've got that dictionary blues I've got the dictionary blues I've got the

Pretty soon it'll be our one-year anniversary Pretty soon you'll see this broken heart inside of me My words come spilling out Your eyes are filled with doubt And all your love I thought was mine Was given to some other guy Pretty soon it'll be our one-year anniversary Pretty soon you'll see this broken heart inside of me I'm not sure what I said But I apologize 'Cause all those words I thought were lies They really took me by surprise My words come spilling out Your eyes are filled with doubt And all your love I thought was mine Was given to some other guy Pretty soon it'll be our one-year anniversary Pretty soon it'll be our one-year anniversary Soon it'll be our one-year anniversary

Heading in and out of a dream Nothing ever is the way it seems Replay every day in my head I go back, retrace the things you said But you packed your bags Now you're going And it's over now, I know for sure You'll never see my face again The seeds are sown, the plants have grown Into a brand new state of mind Don't call me up, but all the same Let me in and let me play your game So many different paths to take It's no surprise we drifted separate ways Posters hanging on the wall Watch them fade away and they'll fall You will shine I lag behind And it's over now, I know for sure You'll never see my face again The seeds are sown, the plants have grown Into a brand new state of mind Don't call me up, but all the same Let me in and let me play your game But you packed your bags And you're going home And it's over now, I know for sure You'll never see my face again The seeds are sown, the plants have grown Into a brand new state of mind Don't call me up, but all the same Let me in and let me play your game

Hey, do you want to steal this? Hey, do you want to get dismissed? Hey, do you want a piece of risk? 'Cause I don't care, I don't care, I don't care What the telephone book says Hey, do you want to learn a trick? Hey, do you want a lock to pick? Hey, do you want to throw a brick? 'Cause I don't care, I don't care, I don't care What the videotape says Sitting, spitting on the side of the road Let's throw all the rules in the trash Boredom's calling out both our names No one cares so let's put on airs of cool (airs of cool) Hey, do you want to join a gang? Hey, do you want to make a pay? Hey, did you hear your mother rang? 'Cause you don't care, you don't care, you don't care What the radio news says

The Man 02:07
Birds fight amongst each other When they're standing on the ground But they all fly away When the man comes around People walking by Have nothing to say So they just stop and turn their heads When the man walks their way Are you working for the man? Are you working for the man? Are you working for the man? Are you working for the man? Ignorance is bliss That’s what the people say When the lies all come to light They’re made to fade away If you look inside And you pull away the thread You will hear the man confide You might as well be dead And if there's one thing the man can't stand It's when someone interferes with his plan So it's just best to stay out of the way And let him do what he wants But as he's walking through the rain You can see his face start to peel away And behind that mask of papeir mâché Is the face of Ronald Reagan

Maybe you're right Maybe I'm wrong But you might just be the one I'm looking for Maybe it's me That is to blame All I know is things will never be the same 'Cause you didn't want me around When I saw you yesterday So what else could I do But run away, (run away), run away Maybe it's true What they say about me But if it is I think I don't even know myself 'Cause maybe you're right And maybe I'm wrong And you might be better off without me around Think I'm running out of time Every hour that goes by I lose you from my sight Maybe you're right And maybe I'm wrong But you might just be the one I'm looking for Yeah, you might just be the one I'm looking for Said you might just be the one I'm looking for

I’m gonna give myself the benefit of the doubt 'Cause walking down the road I’m watching you And if you seem to fall; I’ll briskly walk back to my door 'Cause I’m sure there are others watching too But it’s okay Please don’t fly away The rain falls heavily as I look in my memory To try and find a footprint or a clue Because I know I’ll never find a reason for the letters That I’ll never ever send to you And if you stay Please drop by my way You know I’ll find a way to really brighten up your day I’m dropping hints but you don’t have a clue I may seem nice and mellow when my legs are turned to jello Laughing at an inside joke with you And if you say It could be today There is a way You can make my day

Woke up in a dream Didn't know what to do You were looking at me I was looking at you In the store window I could see Your face's reflection But you couldn't see me So I kept walking down the street Woke up that morning I woke up laughing I woke up singing I woke up crying Woke up in a dream...

Joe Johnson 02:22
The closest he’ll ever get To a third world country is his own flat And when he’s out of doors He wears his sunscreen and his hat Look inside his wallet we’ll Find coffee cards he’ll never fill He likes his paperbacks Like his trashy cars, all secondhand off Gumtree You won’t notice him in photographs Because he isn’t really fat He’s an average Joe He’s an average John You will see him twice on most weekdays He’s an average Joe He’s an average John You will see his face And then walk away When he has free time He’ll sit down and watch channel nine He wears the same T-shirt Every day, 'cause one girl said it looks cool Line up at the door To be the first to buy a video game from that store He’ll quote movie lines To try and make himself look fine Twisting in his seat From the Swedish store where he likes to eat You won’t notice him 'til it’s way to late Cause he’s trained to act a certain way By commercial ads By the fashion fads He is just a slave To the greedy banks By the TV shows Buy this new smartphone He is just a pawn In this system of stashed dough

Upgrade 01:40
She wants an upgrade That’s why she’s letting you down She wants an upgrade That’s why she’s turning you round She wants an upgrade It’s why she’s turning you inside out She wants an upgrade That’s why she’s making you frown She wants an upgrade That’s why she’s all black and brown She wants an upgrade And you better not slow her down Gonna have to buy her a brand new dress Gonna have to buy yourself some less She wants new stuff and you better keep her happy Go and get yourself a haircut Clean your room, make an impression If she leaves you you won’t feel so sappy She wants an upgrade That’s why she’s letting you down She wants an upgrade That’s why she’s turning you round She wants an upgrade It’s why she’s turning you inside out She wants an upgrade That’s why she’s making you frown She wants an upgrade That’s why she’s all black and brown She wants an upgrade And you better not slow her down She wants an upgrade oo-oo She wants an upgrade oo-oo She wants an upgrade oo-oo-oo-oo

I haven't been dreaming lately Though I guess you have to sleep to dream Aspiration, inspiration, devastation, desperation I see them all as the same thing Some days I hurt all over; I don't know how to feel better I wonder if I know what's best for me I can't tell if my friends care, do they help or just make things worse? These days I can't trust myself I'm upside down and I've lost count of things I have left to do And I know I will just add more I feel a little empty; these days I think there's a hole Subtracted, there's nothing left I haven't been sleeping lately Though I guess you have to care to sleep Every night I watch the clock; I always know what's going on It's never like time gets away from me I'm not who I want to be I don't know who I want to be I feel trapped in uncertainty I'm not who I want to be I don't know who I want to be I feel like I'm coming apart

Plastic dinosaurs on the ceiling Plastic dinosaurs in the drain Plastic dinosaurs in the oven I think that I'm going insane You can close your eyes And turn off the lights But the plastic dinosaurs will still be there when you wake up Green army men line up one by one And raise up their plastic guns You can't hide under the covers You can't hide under the rug Close your windows And lock your doors The plastic army is fighting in a plastic war Now there's plastic dinosaurs on the ceiling Plastic dinosaurs in the drain Plastic dinosaurs in the oven Plastic dinosaurs feel no pain Close your eyes And say goodnight 'Cause the plastic dinosaurs won't be there when you wake up 'Cause the plastic dinosaurs won't be there when you wake up

All around the world People go around Knocking at your door Waiting for a sound One that never comes And all around the world They listen everyday They wanna hear that lovely voice But you have nothing to say So they sit and wait Keep on knocking just like every day before But I don't know if I'll answer the door Someday you'll get what you've been waiting for But I don't know if you'll answer the door All around the world Things don't go their way It's really only common sense It happens everyday Must I always say Keep on knocking just like every day before But I don't know if I'll answer the door Someday you'll get what you've been waiting for But I don't know if you'll answer the door

Infirmary 06:57
When the days come Washing through If you saw me From the sill Looking over Upon the town In the morning I was alone Taking notice Of the sound In the evening As soft as silk Melts like tissue In my throat Always hiding From myself Underwater It's hard to breathe I'm having trouble Trying to stand Spiders crawling Up my arms Summer came too early this year Winter, I'm never coming back Summer came too early this year Winter, I'm never coming back Summer came too early this year Winter, I'm never coming back Summer came too early this year Winter, I'm never coming back

Hey, cowboys! Hey, cowgirls! Hey, cacti! You hear that? Listen closely. That's the sound of a new Probehead album riding in on the wind. Yes!

So you might be wondering why it took us 2 years to make this album. Well, the truth is, it actually only took us 6 months, but we were all kidnapped and locked in a frozen meat locker for a year and a half, just as we were about to release the album. It was originally going to be 10 years, but the jailer overheard Luke playing 'Dictionary Blues' on his acoustic guitar and was so overcome with emotion that he let us all out bail-free. He told us as we were leaving, "This album deserves to be heard."

And as we all know, jailers never have bad taste in music, so you should pretty much check this album out right now.

Special thanks to all our pals and the people who supported us, including but not limited to: Chris (who plays the guitar solo on 'All Around the World' - what a legend), Noah (who programmed the drum machine on 'Dictionary Blues' - what a legend), Mark, Ella, Nick, Rose, Marissa, the Bupers (you know who you are), tigre-de-papier, the Furman guys (you know who you are), Dictionary Attack, our families and you! Yes, you (assuming you're not one of the people already mentioned in this list)!

With that, stay groovy, space children and don't forget to eat your green vegetables.
